“Tim was great! I was having internet browser problems (not related to network), and he fixed it and also uninstalled an unnecessary virus software I had on the computer. I thought the price was excellent, and the repair time was superb- got it back the next day. “Was having trouble with pop-ups and malware all the time. Was running very slow. We found Tim’s Computer on Google and he was highly rated . We dropped the computer off as we was going out of town for a few days. Half way to our destination he called to tell us what he had found after doing a diagnostic. In addition to that he also found the hard drive was failing as the computer is 7 yrs. old. He gave us a great price on a replacement hard drive with an SSD. We picked the computer up on our return and it is like a new computer but cost a whole lot less then a new one.

We will recommend Tim to all our friends and family and plan to have him do the same with my laptop and desk top computers after the holidays. Want to have them networked so I can access both from either upstairs or downstairs. Also need malware and other tune ups done.
